he self® 2904 is a double-sided non-woven tape designed for technical applications that require high adhesion, high tack and strong cohesion. Thanks to its modified acrylic adhesive, it delivers excellent performance when bonding difficult materials, especially plastic surfaces, rubber materials and porous substrates.
With a 0.090 mm thickness and an adhesive strength of 27 N/25 mm, self® 2904 is especially suitable for bonding Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene, foams, plastic surfaces and metal or plastic parts that require a strong and reliable bond. Its non-woven carrier provides flexibility and supports easy adaptation in lamination, assembly and converting processes.
Its temperature resistance from -30 ºC to +100 ºC makes it suitable for demanding professional applications, particularly in the automotive industry, electronics and lamination of foams, felts and fabrics.
