The self® 2009/75 is a mesh and transfer tape with rectangular mesh reinforcement designed for professional applications that require high adhesion, stability and good adaptability to technical materials. Thanks to its modified acrylic adhesive, it provides reliable bonding in lamination and converting processes involving foams, rubbers and porous materials.
With a 0.090 mm thickness and an adhesive strength of 28 N/25 mm, self® 2009/75 is especially suitable for applications on foams and porous materials. It is also a suitable solution for difficult surfaces such as EPDM and rubbers, where a technical tape with high adhesive strength and good initial tack is required.
Its temperature resistance from -20 ºC to +90 ºC allows use in different professional environments. Available in widths from 9 mm to 2000 mm, self® 2009/75 is a practical solution for automotive applications and for the lamination of foams, felts and fabrics, where strong, flexible and effective bonding is needed.Features :
