The self® 4004/80 is an unsupported transfer tape designed for professional lamination applications that require thin, uniform bonding with high adhesive strength. Thanks to its modified acrylic adhesive, it provides reliable adhesion in industrial processes where only the adhesive mass needs to be applied, without an additional carrier.
With a 0.080 mm thickness and an adhesive strength of 30 N/25 mm, self® 4004/80 is especially suitable for foam bonding. Its transfer construction enables a flexible and homogeneous adhesive layer, suitable for converting processes where clean and precise application is required.
Its temperature resistance from -30 ºC to +100 ºC allows use in different professional environments.
