The self® 2005/150/90 is a mesh and transfer tape with rectangular mesh reinforcement designed for professional applications that require high grammage, stability and good adaptability to rough surfaces. Thanks to its modified acrylic adhesive, it provides reliable bonding in lamination and converting processes where a technical tape with good adhesive strength and uniform application is required.
With a 0.15 mm thickness and an adhesive strength of 35 N/25 mm, self® 2005/150/90 is especially suitable for bonding to rough surfaces. Its transfer structure with rectangular mesh reinforcement provides stability during application and supports work on materials that require a higher amount of adhesive.
Its temperature resistance from -30 ºC to +100 ºC allows use in different professional environments. Available in widths from 9 mm to 2000 mm, self® 2005/150/90 is a suitable solution for the lamination of foams, felts and fabrics, especially when a high-grammage tape with good adhesion and reliable performance on difficult surfaces is required.Applications :
