self® C1105-A is a high-performance technical tape for construction, specially designed for the bonding of vapour control layers and the sealing of systems where airtightness, vapour control and acoustic insulation are essential.

Thanks to its high-tack modified acrylic adhesive, it delivers excellent adhesion from the very first contact, even on porous, rough or difficult-to-bond surfaces. Its special paper backing reinforced with polyethylene provides strength, stability and water-repellent properties, making it a reliable solution for demanding on-site applications.

Certified DIN 4108-4 as a vapour barrier and EMICODE for low emissions, self® C1105-A is especially suitable for energy-efficient construction, timber houses and Passive House projects, where continuous sealing is key to improving the building’s energy performance.

Its easy hand-tearability also enables fast, clean and convenient installation, with no need for cutting tools. A robust, practical and professional tape designed to ensure long-lasting sealing for interior and protected applications, with high resistance to UVA rays, weathering and temperatures from -30 °C to +80 °C.
