The self® 6000/80-F is an unsupported transfer tape designed for professional lamination applications that require thin, uniform bonding with high cohesion. Thanks to its modified acrylic adhesive, it provides reliable adhesion on porous materials used in industrial converting processes.
With a 0.080 mm thickness and an adhesive strength of 29 N/25 mm, self® 6000/80-F is especially recommended for bonding porous materials that require high cohesion. As an unsupported transfer tape, it allows only the adhesive mass to be applied, helping achieve a flexible finish adapted to the laminated material.
Its white siliconised PP film liner helps prevent tearing when removed, supporting easier handling during the application process. Its temperature resistance from -30 ºC to +100 ºC allows use in different professional processes. Available in widths from 1000 mm to 2000 mm, self® 6000/80-F is a suitable solution for the lamination of foams, felts and fabrics.
