The self® 4500/50 is an unsupported transfer tape designed for professional applications that require thin, uniform bonding with low emissions. Thanks to its acrylic adhesive, it provides reliable adhesion in lamination and converting processes where only the adhesive mass needs to be applied, without an additional carrier.
With a 0.050 mm thickness and an adhesive strength of 23 N/25 mm, self® 4500/50 is especially suitable for applications on foams and porous materials. Its transfer construction enables a thin, adaptable adhesive layer suitable for industrial processes requiring clean and homogeneous application.
Its temperature resistance from -30 ºC to +100 ºC, together with its low emissions according to VDA 278, makes it a suitable solution for automotive applications and for the lamination of foams, felts and fabrics.
